The Side charging ar-15 Upper Receiver Assembly Gen 2 is chambered in 300 AAC Blackout and delivers precision accuracy at an affordable price. The machined billet aluminum upper receiver is combined with an extruded aluminum free float M-LOK handguard and both are hard coat anodized.

This complete upper features a carbine-length gas system, bolt carrier group, 16” Heavy profile barrel with a matte finish and a lightweight 15” free float AR-Stoner M-LOK handguard and a flash hider.

Attach your favorite sling to the free float handguard with integrated QD mounts and use the precision M-LOK cutouts at the three, six, and nine o’clock positions for mounting MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny rails or other direct-attach M-LOK accessories.

A great deal of our customers are competition shooters who rely on our Pyramid Trigger to improve both their speed and accuracy. Our adjustable Pyramid Trigger systems allow the shooter to choose the weight of their trigger pull, and the length of trigger pull. This allows for more rapid follow up shots as well as better accuracy because the crisper, shorter trigger pull will not “drag the pistol” off target.

The lighter trigger pull is created by the Double Diamond 3.5 lb. trigger pull. Connector and the Competition Spring Kit, both of which are included with the Complete, and Ultimate Trigger Kits. The Competition Springs include a 2lb, 3lb, 4lb, and a 6lb striker springs that allow the shooter to choose the pull weight ranging from factory 5.5-6lb down to competition weight of 2lbs.

We completed our Shot Show Tiger Stripe pistol with a Chrome Metallic Controls & Pins Kit. This 7-part kit consists of a factory extended slide stop lever and, extended slide lock. It also includes a stainless steel locking block pin, trigger pin, and trigger housing pin… including both the Gen3 and the ( Gen4 long housing pin).

When the slide is complete, we focus on making the gun “competition…”, i.e. ready for competition shooting. We added Vortex Viper Red Dot Optic and Trijicon Suppressor Tall Night Sights. These sights allow for rapid target acquisition by looking through the laser signal sighting window and placing the dot on the target.

Seeing your target faster allows for faster movement to the next target, making all the time faster. Visual function seems to return to the red zone, if vision is damaged or not working. The shooter can only look through the iron sight glass and easily hit the target.

Next, we added a Double Diamond Dimpled polished body to accentuate the shine. The polished appearance gives the barrel dimples a nice presentation when the breech is back. The dimples in the barrel are not only aesthetic, they help keep the barrel cool.

In addition to the barrel, GlockStore recommends replacing the factory plastic guide rod with our heavy duty tungsten guide rod. This adds extra weight to the nose of the gun, helping to control recoil.

The G19 Gen4 Front Serrations were sent to us by customer Mike B., who saw some of our creations from last year’s Shot Show.

Mike told our custom marketing experts that he wanted a gun that would “stand out from other competitors at the range” and give him “a talking point in his man cave.” Basically, he needs to compete / carry a special gun, and something can be more special than gold!

GlockStore offers two types of gold finishes. One is our Satin, or polished gold. This is a titanium nitride finish that has a unique look. We also offer, highly polished products that provide a mirror finish. Mike B. decided that “Shiny” could be an obstacle during the competition, so he chose the Satin look.

Competitive shooting involves hitting selected targets accurately and as quickly as possible, preferably faster than your opponents. To make the gun work faster during stressful situations like competitions, or gunfights, GlockStore has developed a long line of controls, as well as other parts.

GlockStore offers several options for extended aluminum mag releases ar 15 side charging handle. The Tear Drop is our largest button in a tear drop shape. Our Checkered Mag Release, for Gen 3 Glocks, is one of our newest options. This aluminum rectangle is checkered for a more aggressive feel, perfect for wet conditions. The Rectangular Aluminum Extended Magazine Release is our original extended release, and still one of the most popular..

As mentioned it is a small square of aircraft aluminum that extends out and back from the frame with small grooves for a textured grip. Each of these releases are modified from factory plastic magazine releases with the aluminum buttons attached with small screws.

Our Classic factory style Extended Mag Release, as well as our Checkered Mag Release for Gen 4 Glocks, are based on the factory plastic magazine release, but manufactured from aircraft aluminum. Its added length allows for manipulation without too much sacrifice in concealment ability.

For his custom pistol, Mike B. went with our Aluminum Gen4 version. This is a slightly larger extended version of the factory Gen4 mag release with the edges rounded just a bit for a more comfortable feel.

As this is Mike’s competition gun, he definitely needed a precision, high performance trigger.

GlockStore offers this magwell in two weights, 3oz or 4oz, and in a variety of colors. You can also order custom colors to match or contrast your slide/frame colors. Mike B. opted for our gold anodized, 4.0 oz. version. It also adds a bit more weight to help further reduce felt recoil.

To complete his “racing gun”, Mike wanted magazines that would detach from the gun without any help. Our team of custom gunsmiths recommended the Heavy Extended Aluminum Magazine Baseplate. It is a 39.5 gram aluminum pad that is longer than the factory base pad by almost an inch.

This extra length not only adds weight, but the extra base area, extending beyond the magwell, also makes reloads a lot easier. The weight of the plate cleanly drops the empty magazine from the gun during operation, allowing Mike to engage more targets, faster, during competitive matches.
